Where are Raciónamento bags made?
Raciónamento bags are designed in-house and handcrafted by a team of highly-skilled Filipino artisans with over 40-years of industry experience. All the basket bags, along with their removable inner lining & packaging, are locally made right here in the Philippines.
What are Raciónamento bags made of?
All our pieces are made from native fibers sustainably sourced all over the Philippine islands. We use a variety of natural materials such as rattan, water hyacinth, and abaca. All our fabrics are made from cotton canvas. Each handbag is reinforced with a robust steel frame for exceptional durability, resistant to wear and tear.
What makes Raciónamento bags special?

What currency do you charge?
All our products are priced in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Your credit card will be charged in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and then converted to your local currency by your bank on your account statement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB.
All credit and debit card transactions are processed through Maya, which also supports the following payment options:

What if I receive the wrong item or if something is missing?
We keep a photographic record of all orders before ship-out to confirm inclusion of all ordered items. Please email us straight away at hello@racionamento.com so we can review the matter. In the case that we did make a mistake, no worries, we will instruct you to return the package to us through J&T or same-day couriers (within Metro Manila).
What if my order was destroyed during shipment?
We understand that these things could happen, no worries, we will gladly replace your order with a fresh one! But we will need your help in filing the documentation of the incident to relay with our courier partners.
Is it safe to order from your website?
Of course! All payments processed through our website are made via secure payment gateways and any purchase made from www.racionamento.com are guaranteed to be authentic.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Once an order is submitted online, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Orders are immediately processed and forwarded to our warehouse for fulfillment, at which point cancellations are no longer possible.
Please note that Raciónamento cannot assume responsibility for reimbursing shipping costs due to a change of mind or incorrect shipping details provided during the ordering process. We kindly advise double-checking all shipping information prior to completing your purchase to ensure accuracy.
