Do you ship globally?
Currently, we do not offer global shipping, but we are actively working towards making it available soon. Please stay tuned for updates!
How much is shipping?
Local shipping rates start at ₱200 for deliveries within Metro Manila and ₱280 for areas outside Metro Manila.
Please note that shipping costs may vary based on the size and quantity of your order, as well as the delivery region.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 5-7 working days, unless stated otherwise in the product description, for your order to be delivered safely to you.
How long after placing my order will it be shipped?
Please allow 1-3 business days from when your order is first placed for your order to be packed and shipped out. Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday.
During peak, promotional and holiday periods, processing timeframes may be subject to change and getting your order may take longer to be on the move than expected. We thank you for your patience during these times.
When will I get a tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number, allowing you to easily track the progress of your order. Please allow 72-hours from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available. Tracking details will be supplied Monday to Saturday.
Please note: Your order status will be marked as 'Order Received' until tracking details have been supplied to us by the courier. Your order status is changed to 'Shipped' after the package is already in transit.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is in transit and a tracking number has been assigned, you will receive an email with the tracking details. You can use the J&T tracking feature to monitor your shipment.
Which courier do you use?
We ship within the Philippines using J&T Express.
Please note that while same-day deliveries within Metro Manila are not available at this time, we are actively working to make this option available in the future.
